The Ozaki beef ranch in Miyazaki Prefecture is committed to rearing its cattle in the optimal environment, providing them with Miyazaki's high quality water and fresh air, and in-house compound feed. With only 30 cattle brought to the market each month, Ozaki beef is a legendary, rare brand of Wagyu beef.

PAJATA is the only Italian restaurant that specializes in Ozaki beef, using the rare cattle's meat, internal organs and other carefully selected other ingredients in its dishes.
