The popular Japanese sweets making experience

During this workshop, you will make 3 types of Japanese sweets related to the season. The workshop is lead by the confectioner's performance and talk. The confectioner will make sure everyone is following, so there is no need to worry.

Enjoy the process of creating

First, color the sweet by using "nerikiri," which is softened white bean paste. To color the sweets delicately, gently mix the nerikiri with the coloring. It's very important to color the sweets gently to get the intended color.

In a relaxing atmosphere

Wrapping the red bean paste with the colored "nerikiri" is a very difficult process for beginners, However, with the polite guide of the lecturer, beginners can beautifully mold the shape. Continue wrapping the red bean paste until it is fully covered.

The palm-size artwork

he process is finally finished after you engrave the pattern to the sweets. Today's design was based on the red leaves of fall and the sasanqua of winter. The design changes even during the same season, so you will feel like you want to challenge sweets making again.

Enjoy the snack with matcha

Finally, enjoy the sweets with the matcha served after the workshop. The freshly made sweets must taste significant, especially with the fact you made it yourself.
